Beyond Launch: Monthly Squarespace Website Maintenance

THE TIME HAS COME!

After launching over 100 websites in Squarespace, we are officially offering a new service: Beyond Launch.

We have always been here to help our clients with edits, fixes, and general website maintenance after launch but realized we’re still not doing enough.

We like to go above and beyond (get it?) for our clients.

It’s a terrible feeling when a client finds a flaw on their site before us.

AS MUCH AS WE LOVE SQUARESPACE, BUGS STILL HAPPEN.

They release a new feature (yay!) and all of a sudden a piece of code we use on most sites no longer works (boo!). They bring back gallery blocks (yay!), so I need add this feature to a few existing sites (also yay?).

These bugs and fixes paired with general best-practice maintenance + any edits and additions requested by clients = there has to be a better way to do this!

So, clients can now choose between two Beyond Launch packages to ensure their websites are maintained properly and consistently.

THERE ARE 3 COMPONENTS TO BEYOND LAUNCH::

Consistent site checks:

Depending on the plan, we will check websites on both mobile and desktop every one or two weeks. Doing this will help us catch bugs before our clients (or, even worse, their clients).

Bug fix:

The Basics plan gets quick bug fixes, typically within 2-3 business days. The I Want More plan gets priority bug fixes, typically within a single business day or just hours.

Client-requested edits:

It’s never good to have a stagnant website and now it’s easy to avoid this. Depending on the plan, we will complete 1 or 2 hours of client-requested edits each month. Posting blogs, updating photos, connecting a new domain, anything!
